ABOUT ME

 I started writing poetry from the age of seven. As a teen, I published three collections of poems. After University, I took a long break from writing poetry and concentrated on art, flash fiction, and music. In 2015 when I moved to Sydney with my husband and kids, I became a member of Authora Australis ( formerly Marrickville Writer’s Corner) and began writing poetry again. In early 2019, I started attending the weekly meetings of The North Shore Poetry Project and was inspired to start publishing my poetry again. Since July 2019, I’ve been published in over 30 literary journals and anthologies in the US, UK, Canada, India, Singapore, and Australia. I regularly perform my works at writers events in Sydney. I’m enjoying the ride!
